What do I need to have available to order frames with prescription lenses?
Before ordering, make sure you have a valid eyeglasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). Pupillary distance, or “PD”, is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. This will help us make sure your prescription is centered correctly in your frames. If you did not get a PD with your prescription, you canuse our online tool here to measure it.
If you are interested in purchasing multiple pairs that require different prescriptions, please go ahead and enter a separate order for each prescription.

What’s the status of my order?If you need to check on a status of an order you placed on our website, please sign into your account at shopframecrafters.com using the same account information you used during checkout. Once you are logged in, you will see an “Order History” section on the left hand side of your “My Account” screen. You will be able to track the status of your order directly from this screen. How do I know the right size frame to order?
Please reference the size chart and face shape chart below in order to determine the proper frame measurements and frame shape for your face. Sizing numbers most times can be found on the inside arm of your current pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses. You can use this as a guideline in making sure you select frames that fall within the right size range for you.
What type of lenses do you offer?
We offer the best premium prescription lenses on the market. All of our lenses automatically come with, anti-reflective, anti-scratch coatings and 100% UV protection.
PLASTIC LENSES are the choice for light prescription, for corrections to +/- 2.00
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and can ship internationally to Canada.
What does shipping cost?
All orders over $40 qualify for free shipping. Order under that are subject to standard shipping rates.
What is your return policy?
If you are not totally satisfied with your frames, you have 15 days from the date you receive them to contact us for an return or exchange. Depending on the situation you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. See our full returns and exchanges policyhere.
