Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping

Return & Exchange Window:

If you are not totally satisfied with your frames, you have 15 days from the date you receive them to contact us for a return or exchange.

You Are Eligible For A Full Refund IF:

You receive your order and the frames are damaged, or have a manufacturing error on our part, you are eligible to receive a full exchange or refund.

You Are Eligible For A Partial Refund IF:

You need to return a pair of frames that has your prescription lens in them, $25 will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee. Once a prescription is put into a frame and is returned to us, it is not usable by anyone else.

You get your (non-prescription) frames & they simply are not to your liking in person, $15 will be deducted for shipping.

Important Note: If you accidentally mistype your prescription or realize an error in ordering, you have 24 hours to contact us to fix the issue. After that, your frames are already in our lab being processed & made. We unfortunately can not accept responsibility for return costs, or extra shipping costs with an error not made on our end.

How To Properly Package Your Returns & Exchanges:

All returns must be in the condition you received them. Please pack the frames, cases & any other materials in the original shipping box. Your refund will be processed back to you once we receive your frames and all return requirements are met.
